Both my wife and I had a respiratory infection and dreaded going to the Primary Care office both from being uncomfortable and not wanting to infect others. The availability of Visual Office Visits was new to use and was so welcomed. Kate Adler was the professional on the other end of the Visual visit. She was prepared in both our histories and prescribed medications accordingly. Everything went extremely well over the internet on lap top and IPAD. Best service we have experienced for this type of problem.

The Medical Assistna, Elisa was professional and friendly. She worked efficiently to prepare me for Dr. Hoxha's visit. Her enthuiasm for the role she play is evedent through her interactions with the patient and staff!

I like the fact that Doctor LECROIX takes time to listen to me and give me objective feedback. The front office staff is excellent. In fact, the lady upfront remembers my name six months later. The lady who draws my blood is friendly and has some excellent gentle technique and uses distraction to make me think of something else during the bloodletting process. The atmosphere of the office is pleasant. Although the location is 18 miles away from my home I still prefer to go there. Name removed.
