The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help. Scheduling appointments is easy as well as rescheduling appointments. Checking in and out is also easy. The office and restroom are both clean and neat.
Very, very nice and helpful front office personnel. Nurse Assts are quite sharp and personable. Our PCP Dr. is attentive, and helpful, paying attention to our injuries and upcoming treatments.

Dr. Vazily Rosembaum is the best primary that we ever encountered. He is very knowlegeable and very thorough. He listens and thoroughly explains your problems. He always gives other alternatives to fix the problem. So far Dr. Rosembaum is our favorite. His staff is also very efficient and proactive. We love them both.

They took me for my regular appointment pretty much on time. I did like that. Waiting for the labs to get done was a different story. About 40-45 minutes, after she told me only two were ahead of me. I watched 7, at least, get called in ahead of me. She said she had her own schedule to go by. Well, I just wish they would have told me I could come back tomorrow and get labs done. Dr. Was very nice though, and I was pleased.

Dr. Hoxha delivers great patient care. She takes the time to explain everything that is happening and why you may be having certain symptoms. She also explains how medications work and how they may affect the body.
