Dr. Krenzer listens so well & addresses all of my concerns without rushing me. He is kind & caring. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. His MA, Cathy, is very friendly & kind. She returns calls very promptly. This office is decorated so nicely & kept very clean. I feel very well taken care of under Dr. Krenzer's care. I speak very highly of this office to my friends, & one of my friends has already transferred her care to Dr. Krenzer.

I had high blood pressure for 20 years before seeing Dr. Browning and now it is lower than the normal levels. He is the only doctor to get it right. He listens to your issues and works with you to find the right solution to resolve the problem. I would strongly recommend Dr. Browning to anyone seeking a doctor that listens and cares.

The staff is very good getting you into an appointment at the earliest possible time. I appreciate that very much. Regina is so good at explaining things thoroughly to me! I appreciate that also!! You all are very lucky to have her!! Your office is about 10 min. from my home which is a benefit with all the traffic in our area.

I have been coming here since it opened ... and before that with Dr. Browning when he was in a little office complex across from Deermeadows ... Dr. Browning, Regina Nolte, the nurses and the office staff are always warm and welcoming, personable, and of course knowledgable and helpful with any health conditions ... I miss seeing some of the familiar faces who have now retired .. but It's the same personal warmth that keeps me driving from Orange Park to Baymeadows for my Primary Care Doctor for the past 22 years. Even though I would prefer not to have to make a Dr. visit ... coming here is almost like coming home ...
