I love having so many yoga classes…….the instructors are great! They all have different yoga styles which I love!
I tried Zumba in the pool last week with Marline. She’s great - don’t let her go!! I’d highly recommend this class for people recovering from knee or hip surgery. Great workout!

They offer so many programs for the whole family. We are retired and so far love walking around the track. We haven't tried a lot of activities yet but we do plan to.

My experience is with Ms. Tinesha; she is a caring teacher who goes above and beyond for the students. She's made my son love attending school even though dropping off is hard.
They're convenient hours and my children love going and seeing their new friends. I think it's a good integration of kids from different classes and grades. My kids also love going and have formed friendships with the people who work there. They love the games they play in the morning and will actually ask to go in earlier to get more time there !
The programs are a terrific way to exercise correctly. There is always someone on hand to help you if you need it. There is personal training if you want to go in that direction. I have had the pleasure of working with them and they are truly wonderful. You don't have to worry about doing the exercises on your own and the trainers are always willing to tell you any parts that you have forgotten.
There is a myriad of exercises to do and they are wonderful if you need to do some at home. I can't say enough about our gym in Easton!!
