The y staff at south elementary does different activities and knows what my son likes to keep him occupied.
So far very good program and the class is a great introduction to gymnastics for beginners.

Love the cleanliness of the facility and variety of resistance and cardio equipment. I don't use the programs.

Great steam room to which all men have access. Good life guard staff. Areas to improve: have staff greet members when they enter. On the days that they have Power Aquatics for infants, push the staging aside during the times when classes are not in session.
Really enjoy Tahina's Spin class, she's terrific.
Double Dutch Day in Feb was great fun - look forward to any follow up.

I have only visited once. Did a Zumba toning class. Carmen was very good, an excellent leader and not at all critical. Very enthusiastic.
Class members whom I spoke with were also very pleasant.

My kids always have a great time. In Kidzone in gymnastics and swimming, and even The new play place they have opened. We do birthday parties there that are fabulous. They have a wonderful staff that do everything they can to give your children and yourself a wonderful experience.
