I like that you can budget your payments over 11 months. I don't like that I had to be put on automatic delivery to be on the budget this year. Previously, I would call in three times a year for a fill up because we have a 500 gallon tank. Before that I would get 5 to 6 deliveries per year with a hazmat fee attached each time. What a way to burn money.

Take care of ANY problems they can as fast, easily and with little effort required on my part. This kind of attitude make me feel as though I can depend, trust and feel safe about my heating oil, the cost, delivery, paying bills. All suppliers, no matter what is sold should have Griffiths customer service. Keep people happy they'll come back!
