We are very happy with our service from Griffith Energy, I called early in the morning stating that my propane water heater had broke down and was greeted by Dawn. She was very nice, informative and understanding. She directed my call to Mike Tillmann who was very helpful and set me up with a new propane water tank, installation, and a payment plan that I could afford. Within an hour we had two technicians, Justin and Angelo. Both men were very nice. Justin who did the majority of the installation was truly amazing. He did his job with great perfection and in a very quick manner. He was easy to understand when explaining what he was doing and when the job was completed he also explained where everything was located on the water heater and how to relight it if needed at a later time as we have needed to do before. My husband and I were very pleased with Justin, he is a great asset to your company. Our whole experience with Griffith Energy was wonderful.
