Your staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Last year before I even thought about your pre-pay plan, I received a call from one of your representatives advising me of that year's cost. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. After using up all of my pre-pay gallons, I went over my allocation. Upon calling the office, I was informed that I would only be charged what my pre-pay agreement stipulated and she would rerun my last bill. This is what I call proactive and definitely customer oriented.

I appreciate having GPS monitoring, auto fill, and autopay. Other companies may offer better pricing; however, it's the service when you need it that matters most... Being left high and dry... or empty in this case isn't an option.

When I smelled a gas odor —someone came immediately even though it was evening and took care of the leak in the line to my oven —- I mentioned that I could not turn off the gas at the tank so he arranged for a new tank too
