I have used Griffith Energy for over 20 years and have always found the service to be excellent. Griffith has installed and maintained my Rannai tankless water heaters, delivered my oil and propane and always been there for me whenever an issue has arisen. And, their charges be it for maintenance, installation or fuel have been very fair. When I priced out the costs prior to giving any authorizations to go ahead, I’ve found Griffith very reasonable. Also, the staff is very attentive and professional. I’ve had their competitors quote extravagant prices by comparison!

We like the automatic meters on the tank, you are very prompt when we call for something. The delivery drivers are friendly and courteous.
I contacted Superior Propane on a Monday in the middle of the winter and let them know I was low on Propane. They showed up on Wednesday morning to keep the heat going. Very happy with their prompt response.

We get propane from you guys. The products seem good. The services are exceptional, but I just got another tank and I was on automatic fill and the third tank. I got never got put to automatic fill and we ran out of propane on our fireplace. What a bummer.
