Service on the dryer propane leak was excellent. The technician Mike was through and extremely efficient. He made sure the entire house system was safe and had absolutely no issues prior to him leaving. Mike’s professional demeanor and thoroughness put us at ease.

Help is available when we need it. It is easy to check online for quantity of fuel on hand, deliveries and payment. The local office has always been available to answer questions, etc.

Excellent customer service from local staff and technicians. Local staff are all very knowledgeable and competent. They know their work.
Not so much for staff at main office operations. Main office offered unspecified rebates for customers switching from fuel oil to propane but when I asked for details I received no information on exact rebates available and the procedures to apply for them. I’m still waiting. I’d suggest the need for better communication at the main office level. Main office also sometimes sends out confusing and contradictory monthly billings but I’m sure you know about this. All in all I’m very satisfied with Griffith however.
Easy to call the office and talk to a representative. I like the automatic filling option so I never run out of fuel.
I use Gasoline, Diesel, and propane. All delivered to Grindstone Island. The fuel quality has been good and we are able to get non-ethanol gasoline which is a must for marine use.
