CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY NEVER TRY TO LEVERAGE THE CONVERSATION OR YOUR MONEY. THEY SEEM VERY INTENT ON DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, WHICH PROMOTES CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND LONGEVITY. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE GOOD PRICE YOU OFFER FOR YEARLY SERVICE, AS WELL AS MONTHLY DELIVERY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE YOU HAVE. ALONG WITH THAT IS THE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DEMEANOR OF YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE.
ALL IN ALL, THE GRIFFITH EXPERIENCE IS VERY FAVORABLE.
