I love Superior Plus Propane. The service is awesome . When I have ever had a question the girls in the office have been fantastic & have given me a answer right away. I'm 76 & the delivery man has even helped me walk across my driveway. I really think all the people that work there are fantastic .
I like the monitoring service that Superior Plus has on my propane tanks. I do not have to worry about checking the gages myself especially in the snowy weather. Also. I like how it is convenient to pay online.

Always very friendly and helpful. My fuel is always delivered on time and sometimes earlier in the day than they tell me. I wouldn't go through any other company for my heating fuel and propane.

Each individual working at the local St. Johnsville office are a delight and pleasure to deal with. They are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions or concerns. Coleen and Janet are awesome to deal with in the office, and Matt and Murr, the two drivers/technicians that I’ve interacted with, are very helpful. Amazing crew at this local office.

The tank monitoring system is very helpful as we are not full time residents. We find the office staff efficient and personable, and the auto billing and payment system is very convenient.
