I like the service, the responsiveness, how helpful everyone is. I have always been able to pick up the phone and talk to someone if I have a problem or just need a question answered. I’ve been with Superior for many years now and can say that they take good care of their customers.

Customer service and delivery! We recently switched to Superior. Our last propane company hardly ever showed up, and had horrible customer service. We've been with Superior for a short time now and have already received 2 fills, and 2 times a rep was here just checking on things. Very happy with our switch!! Thank you!!

I like that the products are available and are usually able to get them to you right away. Customer service does try to get right back to you after a problem or dispute. They do their best to solve problems and correct them immediately.
