The women that helped over the phone were awesome. Both very kind - one helped me establish autopay and the other helped me understand the K-ratio that estimates when I need a refill.
The man that filled the tank was helpful and will request the new gage that is cellular to auto call for refills. I didn’t realize how quickly the tank fills up. $500 of propane in 5 minutes. Very efficient- last time I spent $500 in 5 minutes, maybe I was at a casino. I gave him $5 for lunch.
The first time everyone came out was because the tank was completely empty in March. I was a new customer, so everyone let that slide. I’m happy to remain a customer and appreciate everyone welcoming me to the propane family.
Hank Hill was an excellent salesman - he would say grill with propane and taste the meat and not the heat. He is in Texas and lives in an animated universe. Thank you to everyone at Griffith Energy.
