Called and got an immediate and accurate answer explaining the issue; three hours later my propane was delivered by the nicest guy ever. I was expecting to wait a week.

The Lodi unit has been really good for many years. Drivers are always friendly and competent and responsive.
Business practices have been straightforward although I don't really understand why I pay an annual fee of $99 to lock in prices. I get only two deliveries a year and everything has always gone well. But, I still lack a good enough understanding of the number of gallons included plus other conditions that don't favor me
