Very easy to set up new service and the man who came to set us up checked everything and help light the pilot on the fireplace - on a Friday - AND on his day off!!! He was very nice and pleasant to be around. Thank you!!!

I LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN PUT A PRICE FREEZE ON THE PROPANE UNTIL MAY BEFORE IT GOES UP BUT I WISH I KNEW THAT THE FIRST FEW YEARS WHEN I STARTED YOUR SERVICE. I HEARD ABOUT IT LAST YEAR WHEN I CALLED ABOUT SOMETHING. ALSO THE FIRST YEAR I RAN OUT OF FUEL TWICE IN THE WINTER DURING THE COLDEST TIMES WE HAD AND FROZE FOR TWO WEEKENDS BECAUSE I DIDN'T FIND ANY EMERGENCY NUMBER AND THANKFULLY IT WAS CORRECTED BY MAKING STOPS MORE OFTEN IN THE WINTER. PROBLEMS GET SOLVED FAIRLY QUICKLY SINCE THEN OF WHICH I APPRECIATE. ALL IN ALL I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. THE PEOPLE I'VE TALKED TO HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.
Only thing he does not like is the price
Has auto fill and when he moved in it was a new house and they made sure he had freshly painted tanks for him

Good Prices and service. Don't like having to buy a fixed price. You should offer the fixed price for a commitment to a number of gallons for the season. I would think my business would be valuable to you!!
