I like the fact that the local office is just that.LOCAL! The folks that work there are good neighbors, some I have known for 20+ years. Someone local always answers the phone, questions are answered promptly, and if they do not know the answer they find out and contact me with the answer. The only service I use is Propane, delivery is always on time, and filling 20# or 30 # cylinders is simple, drop it off and pick it up later, it is always full when I come back to pick it up, if it is not filled while I am there. Some of my neighbors get propane cheaper, but I do not think they get the prompt service that we experience.

Prompt and online payment option
excellent timely delivery service. Reasonable price with our own propane tank. Drivers are always cautions backing up the truck on our 200 foot drive way. Drivers are polite and knowledge of your product. Thank you.

I love that I NEVER have to deal with an automated system. I always get to speak to a human - I think it's crucial when your dealing with a major service to your home to always speak to someone who knows your account history. The people that answer the phones at Griffith are the major reason why I continue with your company. They are always nice and they always treat me with dignity and respect even though I have to pay cod and usually only get deliveries when I'm COMPLETELY out of fuel. I would never switch companies just on that factor alone.
