Customer service is awesome
We do not have mail delivery at the residence that you service. We realize your normal bill is delivered when the service is rendered. Our bill comes to our primary home residence and that works fine. Moreover, we asked and you have installed a sensor on the LP tanks to tell you when they needed to be filled. We get an email that informs us of the need and you always provide the service within 48 hours. This gives us piece of mind knowing that our home will be heated during the winter months.

Very courteous service when I have a question. Deliveries always on time. The new meters on tanks allows me to check how full they are from my computer.
The meters have also deterred mourning doves from nesting in the top of the tanks. I’m not sure if this is a good thing but it does keep the tanks cleaner.

We have always had refills of propane without calling or running out. Same with fuel oil. Always able to talk to a real person and get answers. I gave you a nine because I don't like the Superior website to pay bills. The one and only time I used it I wound up being charged twice because the site went down and brought me to the beginning screen. Although they canceled one payment I had to wait for a month to get it cleared up at the bank card center. Not chancing it happening again.
