just love how much it pushes me!
I love the coaches and the variety of the full body workouts. Wearing the heart monitor is a great extra touch that I never thought I needed but now i don’t want to workout with out it.
The workouts really challenge me and I see a big difference in my stamina since I first started.
Energy and professionalism of the trainers, intensity of work up.
The staff is amazing! From the greetings when you walk in to the outstanding coaches that push me to the next level.

The coaches are very motivated. I’d like to see more correction of proper technique during workouts. It’s gotten a bit better and it’s important to preventing injuries. Also, a chance for the heart rate to come down after running full out at the last block ( 1-2) minutes before going into stretching.
It’s a full body workout. Challenge yourself to push and get it done in timed increments.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
The coaches are always watching to help you or encourage you.
Always get a great workout in short time
I like the combo of cardio/weight training. Coaches are fun and motivating and I appreciate that they watch to make sure your form is right.
Everything ,the fact that they keep u moving all the time works for me luv it , and the couches energy out of this world
Vary the format of the classes moving from tread, rower and weights more frequently and keeping up the heart rate at the same time.

I love seeing how hard I am working with the heart rate monitor. they push me to my own best ability and no one makes me feel uncomfortable about where I am in my fitness journey.
The instructors are great….very patient and motivating.
Kate did a great job of running the session and making sure I was doing the exercises the correct way. I love the variety and encouragement during the workout.

I like the organized prepared workouts. No time is wasted. The instructors are energetic and enthusiastic also, the heart monitor lets me monitor my output
Everything ! I love the group sessions, and the energy of the center. I love how Kate and Justin push my limits ! ( so far I have only taken classes with these wonderful instructors. Hopefully I get to join all instructors’ classes at some point :) )
I am not a runner but I LOVE how the instructors believe in us and ask us to keep pushing through ! I love it when they say “ ALL OUT!!!” Lol
I joined orange theory in April 2021 and must say , I prefer 2G over 3G. I never took Orange theory before so I am not sure how it worked pre-pandemic.
I could keep going on and on on my great experience with Orange Theory , but I will keep it short :)

I love OTF because it's Efficient.
With it's 60min class and workout monitor, it Motivates you to work yourself as hard as you can.
The instructors are friendly and encourage you to do your best.
And I love booking my classes on the app, which help with committing myself to go to class!
