I love that it is always hanging, strenuous, has improved my strength in so many ways, and moves fast! In our Oceanside location, Kate and Kiersten’s energy is what keeps me excited and moving, they are on top of everything and it feels like they’re rooting for you the whole time!
I love the planning that goes into making sure the workouts are complementary to each other ensuring that we work the total body.
Plus the important encouragement we receive from our coaches to work harder and do better.

I love that each working is different. I never get bored. I also love how much the workout challenges me. I’m able to run farther than I ever thought I would (I figured I’d always be a power walker, which is fine, but now I run). I also love that the workout is both cardio and weights so it’s a nice balance.
A lot of staff turn in the past few weeks. I love our team at my Orange theory. I'd love to see more consistency with retaining staff.
How the coaches keep you motivated to push beyond your limit.
I love that I can compete with myself to get better. Growing up an athlete I always had something to strive for - now as an adult I can’t do that. Working out in a gym on my own has been hard because I don’t measure myself the same way I did earlier in my life. Having workouts mixed with benchmarks and coaches to push me along the way has been a game changer.
The variety
The diversity of the workout is key. You get cardio + weights and each class is “challenging but doable.” Plus, the environment/community has a great vibe which makes the workouts - as grueling as they can be - easier to bare.
I love the pace because as hard as one portion may be I know I can get through it. I love the atmosphere in the club, the coach and front desk support and of course the music that they play. 10 out of 10.
No judgement… do what you can do. Just keep moving. Had a great time.
I was in a bad accident, broke a lot of bones (tibia, fibula in both legs, femur, full hip replacement). Went from very active to inactive. I’m excited to be working out again, I get to work on my balance, core,strength and I actually ran for the first time in years… the workouts are good (I really like how they mix it up each session) and can monitor my results on the app… the coaches have been great - they give given me alternatives to various movements that challenge me and I keep it moving!
Instructor lead!! Changes up, not the same routine every time!!! Instant feedback via heart monitor!!

EVERYTHING
Coaches are all excellent and motivating. Each class is different and feels like a personal training session. I really enjoy the classes and attend 4-6 a week, which is way more often than my attendance at my previous gym. I’ve already recommended it to friends. Granted it’s a higher price point, but I’m getting so much more out of Orange Theory than what a typical gym membership would provide. I look forward to the benchmarks and specialty workouts to see my improvements!
