The best community and amazing workouts! T
All of the staff and people were great. Organized and clean. Highly recommend
Every class is different and there are a wide variety of exercises. The group fitness model is motivating because I try to keep up with everyone else. I always sweat and feel like I got a great workout. The formats always push me to my limit, even on the days I don't really feel like working.
Orange theory has completely changed my whole outlook on exercising. I never thought I would be able to run a mile under 10 minutes and now I can being able to lift heavier weights and feel more confident in myself not just physically but mentally to. Orange theory I would 110% recommend to anyone trying to better themselves and see results immediately.
I love the classes and the coaches. Knowing that each time I go, I will get a kick-butt workout in 60 min! Every time I walk out of class I feel great about myself for showing up, doing the work, and putting my health as a priority. The flexible schedule lets me take class any time of day, so there's really no excuses for me not to go. So happy they came to Oceanside!
It’s challenging but doable. It yields results if you listen to your coaches and stay consistent. It is never boring and always leaves me with so much stamina and energy to help me face each and every day. It is my safe place, where I can focus on myself, forget all the stresses of life for 1 hour and feel good about myself. It is the BEST workout and Oceanside is the BEST location to get your burn on!
The workout is amazing
First and foremost, the coaches are awesome. They motivate you to push yourself throughout the class. I love the workouts because it’s both cardio and weights and every day is different. Whoever puts the workouts together keeps it from getting boring. I could never push myself to do these workouts on my own.

The coaches encouragement each class keeps me motivated and I love the style of the workouts
I really like the combination of cardio + weights. Every day is a different workout which keeps it challenging, working the whole body in different ways. The coaches are personable and motivating which helps the time spent in the gym not feel strenuous. I consider myself a work in progress but I know I’ve gotten stronger and my self confidence has grown since joining OTF.
Kate helped me through the process to understand what was happening in my first few sessions. It was really great to have that direction at first when it’s fast paced. Thank you Kate!
I find that some of the staff are not too friendly. Very little personal attention.
Never the same so it keeps my body guessing. The coaches are always present and can offer advice if you’re doing the exercises wrong or need alternatives. And the great music helps too!

OTF is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have never been consistent with any other workout regimen. I always feel comfortable and never feel intimidated or out of place! OTF is my happy place! My Orange therapy! 🧡🧡🧡

I love that it’s mostly a high intensity workout but is also differentiated with modifications for all types of people. It’s the right type of workout for my body.

I like the variation in workout but also really love the heart monitors! Helps u pace yourself and gives you extra motivation to push harder when you see your name up on the screens.
include more weight training and less treadmill and rower.
