I loved working with Clayton and Eric regarding my vehicle repair. They were courteous and considerate throughout the long drawn-out process of getting my repairs approved by the warranty company. They did a great job of keeping me informed about what was happening at each step. They were understanding and compassionate about the delays. Even when he was delivering bad news, Clayton and I found something to laugh about. Christian Brothers has demonstrated to me that they have a standard of doing things the right, not the shortest, easiest, or fastest. I trust that when my vehicle is returned to me it will be in good running order and that I will not have any issues with the work that they have done. I also have to add that even the message when on hold was kind, reassuring, and compassionate. If I require future repairs on any vehicle I own, I would not hesitate to return to Christian Brothers and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Skylar was great on the phone the day prior. Oil change went great while I waited in your comfortable lobby for about 1 hour. Service went well and Skylar checked me out!

During my initial visit, what immediately stood out to me was how pleasant and professional Clayton was. Later it was brought to my attention from my Wife, that she had pretty much the same experience from Clayton and the shuttle driver(s). The customer service you guys provide goes a LONG way, GREAT JOB!

Employees are always so courteous and helpful. Fair and proficient. Had my 7 yo son with me and waited on headlamp replacement. Payton was so kind to bring my son a brand new Hot Wheels car to play with. He was so excited!
