The staff were polite and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The person helping me shared great information on how to avoid lines and the mail to register my car in Collin County by doing it at Kroger. It was quick and easy. I would never have known if he hadn’t shared that information. So Thank You!

Kind, generous, capable. Offered (and I accepted) ride back to my home and then picked me up when car was ready. Staff (and home atmosphere in waiting room) went over and beyond routine courtesy. Oh yes! They put new batteries in my keyless entry ?? Keys. I had no idea how they worked… he kindly explained and replaced batteries in both. Even reminded me what was needed next to get my car registered.
