I walked in for the first time and I was greeted with hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookies!! Where else do you get that? The facility is so clean, the people are very friendly and the dog that also greeted me was so adorable and friendly. i also love that you get notified about any repair suggestions via text and they even send you pictures!! This is so first class!! If you need any automotive work done, I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. They did a complete check of my vehicle and noted everything that was subpar, even things that would be upcoming standard maintenance.. They did not pressure to fix anything, but did note those that were fairly critical to avoid breakdowns.. They were competitively priced and went over everything in detail with pros/cons on fixing it or not.. And even when I picked the vehicle up and noticed something still not quite correct, they immediately corrected the situation without any hesitation the next day (since I had picked up the vehicle after-hours).... I will definitely be returning for any future needs with any of my vehicles, if needed..

They were very friendly and got the job done in the agreed timeline.

Their honesty and punctuality!

They fully inspected my vehicle and noted all areas that were in need of repair, including photos, and advised what needed repair now, and what items could wait. The staff was very honest and upfront about the repairs, and only recommended what was needed. Also, the communication is excellent. Eric stayed in contact constantly during the entire time my car was in the shop. I got my car back running like it was new!
