I used that courtesy shuttle and was able to keep working at home while my car was repaired. I was kept informed on progress and had discussed my priorities and options for different findings. The estimate for work was very detailed and itemized so I could make an informed decision and know my options.

I had an appointment for an oil change last week, upon inspecting my BMW; my Service Advisor, Michael Bowman; advised that I needed 3 tires ASAP. He advised that once I purchased the tires he would schedule an appointment for alignment. I was able to purchase tires that afternoon, called Michael and he scheduled an appointment for SAME DAY SERVICE! Michael also followed up with a call the NEXT DAY to insure that I had no problems. Christian Brothers Automotive, Smyrna is ‘LOOKING LIKE’ THE PRODUCT THEY’RE TRYING TO SELL! They’re looking like their ADVERTISEMENT - (providing Professional, Efficient and Affordable services). They are my GO TO place for all my automotive repair needs.
