This was the second time that my appointment was with Kimberly and both were excellent visits. She was thorough with her explanations of all the details of my visit and apologized for running late, which I knew she would because of taking more appointments with Dr. Herzog having to be at the hospital. She is totally professional but engages with you, making you feel comfortable and important. I would recommend her to others because of these reasons.
