Dr. Herzog is wonderful. He listens to your concerns and talks to you in language you can understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Herzog.
The office, however, seems chaotic. My father had an x-ray done, ordered by one of the PA’s. We went in 3 weeks later, saw another PA and she didn’t have any record of the x-ray. She did leave the exam room and found it. I called at least 5 times during those three weeks to find out the results of the x-ray and no one ever returned my call. It seems like the practice has too many patience to handle so things fall between the cracks.
Checked in very quickly, gave a urine sample and saw Dr. S. I like the way he discusses your history and listens to your concerns and make plans together to handle your medical needs.
