After I got my surgery I keep saying “Dr.Herzog truly can do miracles “ He is very knowledgeable professional, when at the same time he is friendly down to earth doctor who makes his patients to feel comfortable and very safe in his hands.
I would recommend Dr. Herzog to my family, friends and coworkers.He is the best doctor ever.
Also I wanted to say thank you to the front desk receptionist Mary who is very nice polite and tries to help the patients. Mary and Dr.Herzog make a wonderful team.

Very detailed, she checked my medication, explained how it works and how to keep it safe and protect it
She went through the procedure of how to use it and how to adjust my dose if needed
I have seen many nurses and NP, she ranks up with the best.

Aaron was very friendly and he knew what the was doing and the medicine Gemtesa he provided is helping. The only thing is the room I was in was very cold. I do wish many companies providing a service would stop requesting a feedback.

He answered our questions, set up a video conference to discuss an upcoming MRI plus a future appointment. He didn’t spend much time with us but he did cover our concerns.

The office staff was efficient and helpful as were the nurses or techs. However the hallway was crowded and it was difficult to get my walker through.
