I really like that they work together as a team. Starting with Mary as you come in to get checked in or when you need an appointment or paperwork for a test. The communication is great between the team. Gail brings you back, asks you if you have any questions and answers them to the best of ability. Her strong suit for me is helping me fix my prescriptions through my mail in Service. Seems the insurance company always messes that up and she always straightens it out. And finally, Dr Herzog. By answering every question that I have and never making me feel rushed. Sitting in the room like we’re old friends just chatting. The overall team is top notch and I hold all my doctors to their standards.
Kimberly is very courteous and professional. She listens well and she was careful to ensure the relevancy of her responses to my questions. I was very comfortable with Kimberly.

Dr Sreckovic is amazing. Super friendly and down to earth.
I did struggle a bit with the front desk staff. Somewhat friendly. But when I left they told me I needed to have a follow up testing and consult with the doctor. However they gave me know information about how and where to go for the testing. It took 4 times of me calling before they were finally able to get the orders for my testing to fax over. And that was because they never gave me anything when I was there.
Glad I had him as doctor but he's moving.I will look for new urologist but not out of their offices.
