When you enter their office, you are warmly greeted by the staff. The atmosphere is inviting, and the seating area is comfortable. There is usually a brief wait time, if any, to see the doctor, who is always pleasant upon walking into the exam room. He takes his time with you and explains things in a manner one can understand. In the event you should ever have an issue or need to reach them by phone they promptly return the call.
Dr. DiFranco is formative and professional. The office is pleasant and professional. They are also quite helpful.
