Years ago, when I was looking for a good Urologist in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, a receptionist at another doctor’s office recommended Dr. DeFranco, but prefaced it with, “You’ll be lucky if you can get in to see him. He’s very much in demand!” Well, luck was with me, and I have been seeing him for more than a decade. He is a very smart, very down-to-earth guy, who listens to my concerns and guides me. Going to see him is like going to see a trusted friend.

Office was welcoming as soon as you entered and their was a line and assistant from the back come to take care of us out of her way. We completed the ipad questionnaire, and waited to be called.
