Office staff was a bit hurried and a bit rude. We were told to be there by 7:50 which we were for a 8:20 appt.
We waited while the office filled up and many people came in. Now it was after 8 when she rudely said cone up and firm a line. We did. After that we both needed to use the BR. When we asked she rudely said it’s to your left then go through the door and turn left. Four was locked. Wasn’t sure what to do so I went up to ask she again rudely said I gave to unlock it I’ll be with you in a minute.
She let us in and we still weren’t sure where to go. A very nice young woman saw us and showed us where to go.
All most people want is a bit of courtesy and kindness. I get it she was prob rushed after the storms, but why not come out and say I’m running a bit behind due to … and I’ll be with you shortly.
Just be kind for Pete’s sake!
Other than that, my husband said the 3 persons assisting Dr.Patel were wonderful!
When I enter the office space the greeting is warm, compassionate with intent. The personel are professional willing to help. But what I enjoy mostly are the hellos and the goodbyes.
First name removed listens intently, asks questions and makes you feel very comfortable. She has a wonderful, warm personality that fits really well with the rest of the people in the practice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I enjoy seeing her, I feel at ease talking with her.

Dr Berger is a great doctor and he took time with me to explain my situation and what my options were. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.
I would bring family members to appointments, and he was always kind and thoughtful when he was answering all their questions.

Kamil was very personable, knew what he was doing. Make sure to look back in my files to see what kind of medicine they had given me maybe before to help the UTI that I had can’t say enough about him. Your office staff is always so kind, welcoming and accommodating.
They are very professional and every time I had a procedure done Dr Patel told me everything he was going to do and I appreciated that every time.
