First of all the front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Always greet you with a smile. Nurse practitioner Nicole is very open minded. Very frank and down to earth. She’s pleasant open minded and listen intently.

The ladies in the office were very good getting patients in and out. They explained what was going to happen. Doctor Patel told me what he was going to perform on my body in a calm and factual way.

He welcomes questions, always asking if I have any other as the appointment ends. He always responds to any questions I post on the portal.

Dr Herzog is wonderfully personable, knowledgeable and patient. He will explain all options, educating his patients to make things clear for our understanding. He’s a very caring doctor always asking after other issues and extended family members. We’ve had a longtime relationship with him and he’s always taken excellent care of us. We are blessed to have him in our lives.

Dr. Cox will put any concerns to rest which you may have regarding radiation therapy. He has an extremely impressive background in this field of medical practice, and will take whatever time is needed to explain details of radiation therapy to his patients.
The supporting staff are the best; they are kind, cheerful, patient and completely competent. All men starting therapy have a little fear or at least apprehension; the compassionate staff will put your mind at ease!
