CB in Brighton went the extra mile, and probably another 100 miles after that, with my 2020 Mazda cx-9.
I went to them for an oil change and to see if they could diagnose a warning light on my car. They returned back saying I needed rear brakes and rotors as I was metal on metal. This was frustrating because a different company said my brakes were ok during my last oil change. My husband and I even asked them if we needed to change them and almost insisted that we should, but they didn't want to. Well, because of that, we went too long without changing the pads and it went to metal. Okay, fine. Had CB do the brakes, some cabin and engine filter change, and a battery corrosion clean up.

Long story short, Mazda brakes are finicky. The Master Tech was working on them and something went haywire, which with the Mazda brakes is a rare thing that happens (this is what we were told) CB was in constant communication with me and with Mazda. They also sent e-reports on their findings, which was so nice to have, and they ended up covering the mishap, both parts and labor, and it was NOT cheap.

We are forever grateful for the team at CB Brighton. When we went to pick up the car, we got to get to know the team even more and we are excited to have them work on our classic Corvette Stingray and other vehicles in the future. Also, the waiting room is beautiful in the Brighton location. 5 star service. Thank you.
