The communication was excellent. Scott or the technician gave me updates on parts and when the car was going to be finnished. The courtesy car is a very nice addition to your service. It saved me from taking a day off work. And so far, the quality of the work seems to be good. I was also made aware of other issues with my car. Greatly appreciated.

I liked the estimate format. It explained each recommendation and I could pick/choose and prioritize. It was great to see it on paper all organized. Easy to process. Liked the photos too. Repairs were quick. Good communication. I had an AC issue. It was an update/software issue. Could’ve gone a lot of other ways at other places. Good to have place I can trust. Trust is everything. Everyone I talked to was professional great to work with.

This was my forth time going to Christian Brothers for some car maintenance! Twice in Lafayette and now twice in Brighton. I love the form of communication through text and the way they send photos etc, through their car evaluation. That and I’m always satisfied with their service 👍
