My first experience coming here and I was not disappointed! Scott was friendly and helpful when I first walked into the building. He kept me in the loop about when my car was getting fixed along with when it was finished. Josh did a great job as well. After he fixed my car, it ran like it was brand new. I just had the most amazing experience with Josh and his team at Christian Brothers in Brighton! My son's checking engine light came on in his car so I took it to a different auto repair shop that we had used in the past. After paying a high amount for them to diagnose the issue they came back and said that it would be a $2700 fix and most likely I would need a similar fix in the near future as they could tell something else was on the verge of failing and needing repair. I was at a complete loss as I had just purchased my son's car only a couple of months ago, had it checked out before I made the purchased and no major repairs were needed. I then decided to call Christian Brothers in Brighton to get a second opinion. I got a hold of Josh and he could tell I was very upset about the situation and immediately handled my concern with empathy and from a place where I could tell he really wanted to help. He took the time to review the report I had received from the other shop and consulted with his lead technicians. He felt there were many things one could do to diagnose the issue and he didn't think that had been done by the other shop. He arranged for me to bring my son's car into them (even got me a free shuttle ride home and I don't live close!) so he and his team could look into it. Josh and his team went above and beyond testing and diagnosing our car and determined it was just a minor issue. As soon as they realized what the issue was, with my permission, they acted quickly, made the repair and had us back on the road in no time! I cannot thank Josh and his team enough for how they handled the situation. If you are looking for to work with people who are honest, have integrity, are kind and are amazing at what they do - look no further, go see the Christian Brothers in Brighton!!
