I was very impressed with the process. It cleaned the spots and the carpeting. It was fast drying time. No chemical smell. The service tech was very professional and was very thorough.

The guys were very good especially the one that did the actual cleaning very hard worker. The stains mostly came out except the basement. What I didn't care for is is took over twenty hours to dry even with fans and a dehumidifier. May need your for a touch in the basement. Mrs. Biggs
