Scott did my carpets and my couches. He was very clean and used these orange door protecters I had never seen before. Very thorough in his work and a nice guy. Everything looks great, and the hard spots he too the time to get the small stains out. He got stuff out that other companies didnt. Very impressed. I would recommend to everyone.

The technician Nate was fabulous. He was very polite, clean, thoroughly explained things to me before and after. I appreciate that when the technician arrived I didn't have to fend of the hard sell for more services or costs than I was quoted during my original call when I scheduled things. He did four areas extremely thoroughly and it took just about an hour. No sticky residue and no perfume smells. He brought in a fan to help speed the drying while he worked on other areas. Vey pleased
We like the idea of the clean water process. Your technician was polite, knowledgeable & interested in being sure that we were satisfied, which we were.
Although our appointment was from 3-6 pm our carpet person showed up around 5. It would be better if the window was an hour rather than 3hrs.

The process was very clean, quick and efficient. The technician was extremely polite and listened attentively to the areas of concern (doorways, hallway to bedroom, steps, etc). There was no pushy salesman tactic to purchase additional services. The technician offered a brochure and demonstration for the carpet protection. He then proceeded to set up his equipment and left my husband and I to discuss whether we wanted to add that at the end of the cleaning or not.
We had Dennis as the technician...friendly, efficient and he explained all that he would do. He was done quickly but he was thorough. He left the home in very good shape.
Braxton was our service rep and I would rate him a 10+! Braxton was able to get out some very difficult spots in our carpet. He worked in 6 rooms in a very professional and friendly way. I would use Zerorez again, especially if Braxton was the rep!
Have used two carpet cleaning companies in the past and the service and look of the place was worth the very few extra bucks I spent
