I don't remember his name who cleaned our carpet ,but he was very careful of the woodwork and walls. He was polite and professional also. Our carpet had spots and they had been there awhile...had only cleaned it one time in 17 years. It looks better than before and was sanitized.

The products used did a great job of cleaning my tile and grout. The one couch I had cleaned looks brand new. Scott,who did the work, was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend zerorez.

Technician (Ben) was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Cleaning was fast, but not rushed, and my carpets look brand new again. I may second guess getting new carpet now:) I will definitely be using zerorez for my carpets in the future, and possibly furniture, and vehicles as well.
