I did carpet cleaning
You did a good job. Stains came out, even when previous companies have failed. The carpets smell better. Friendly technicians.
Chris was so knowledgeable about his products to remove our stain and odor. Then he preformed a miracle like he said he would.
Thanks!

Carpet looked amazing after the tech cleaned it and didn’t take long to dry.
My carpets look, feel and smell amazing. The price was fair and the technician was very personable, explained everything easily, and did a quick but thorough job. He also killed a giant scary spider that came scurrying out from behind a closet door after he was done.
Friendly, quick, and professional. Are carpets look brand new!
Doesn’t leave stock residue. Friendly service

The tech was very friendly to my daughter and helped me move furniture when I hadn’t been able to get it all done in time.
Went above and beyond
Excellent experience all the way around. Fast response time, tech was wonderful, process is amazingly easy and quick-drying. Our carpets look and smell so clean, without the chemical “ickiness” that can come with traditional soaps. We are very pleased and will certainly recommend to others.
On time and very professional. Conner did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and rug.
Yes I do, I do think the stairs needed more attention the look clean but can still see they are a little dirty
A suggestion--perhaps you should change the description of the 3-room special. I was under the impression from a call I placed before ordering service that this was based on actual measurements the tech would do upon arrival v. generically defined "areas." There were no measurements, at my house or my mother's. Even though her rooms are much smaller in comparison to ours, the bedroom, living room and kitchen were deemed three "areas" so she paid extra for the hallway and the stairs to the basement. We were both very happy with the results and the tech Tyler was extremely professional and helpful. He also discounted her hallway since it was a very small one. Still, I think you need to be clear on how the "3 rooms" are determined and this did not play out as I was told on my initial call.
Nonetheless, we will use your services again based on outcome, but I did feel as if the special was falsely advertised.
