I like that they dont use a lot of chemicals and the carpets aren't very wet when they are finished.
It was easy to set up an appointment and they got us in quickly. The technician was honest in his assessment of our carpet, preparing us for some stains to not come out fully. We were so pleased with the results! Even the tough stains showed a ton of improvement. Our living room is livable again.

Scott was on time, friendly and asked allot of questions to make sure I knew what would be going on. He did a great job and my carpets look great! I’m allergic to many chemicals and perfumes but my house smells great. No lingering odors. I would definitely hire Zerorez again.
