Travis did a great job.
they work.
The technician was very friendly and informative when explaining the process. He was thorough and took far less time than I expected. He even smoothed out his footsteps on the newly cleaned carpet before he left. My carpet is 13 years old and looks brand new. I was very pleased with the results.
Pete confirmed the areas we needed carpet cleaned & then reviewed the fees with me to double check services. He used a pre-treatment first & then thoroughly cleaned our carpets. I was happy he focused on high traffic areas & very pleased w/ his services in that he was professional, prompt, clean, & personal. We will use Zerorez again!
