I have been very pleased with Zerorez, I have used your carpet cleaning services two times now, and have been happy with the results. However, I did notice after reviewing my two invoices that for the same exact hallways I was charged $40 the first visit, and $60 on the next visit. So, maybe next time I'll only pay $20 for them :)

Carpet is soft (not crunchy like some companies) and clean. Dried quickly.

Very professional, courteous and personable staff. We were given a thorough review of our options and associated cost upfront. Once we made our selections, we were informed step by step of the process and provided additional information if we had any questions.
No film and stains don’t reappear
I received email confirmation when I made the appt., then a call as a reminder a couple days ahead of time and another call when they were on the way -- communication was great! Very informative when they arrived and cleaned entire main floor carpeting in less than an hour!
