Zerorez did a great job on my home's carpeting. The level 1 cleaning did a great overall cleaning, then had Level 2 service on a few ugly pet stains drew out the grime & ick. Very pleased, wish I'd called sooner!
Courtney (sp?) was very helpful and informative. The carpet Feels so much better and it smells nice and clean. There are still many visible stains though. I do think it's a little pricey service, but I'd consider using again. But Courtney was excellence

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He got down on his hands and knees to assess my carpet before he cleaned. I just bought this house and he offered me an anti-bacterial protection for peace of mind-thank you!!! He told me what to expect afterwards and what to do and not do after the carpet was cleaned. He was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks fabulous! I’ve used them twice now and I will continue to use them and refer them to people. I am 100% satisfied with Zerorez from the phone call to book the appointment to having my carpet cleaned!!

The fact that my carpet is always spotless. I mean it is so clean and it’s like this every time I use them. I never have to worry about it not being clean or they missed a spot. They are always very professional very kind and they answer all questions that I have if I did have any questions. They are quick and efficient and it’s worth your money to go with your rest.
