Ethan was punctual and pleasant to do business with. We have a very old carpet and actually needs to be replaced but cannot do at this time. He did a terrific job with what he had to work with. We are pleased. I had a guest the next day that when then came in, they said, "Oh, it smells good in here." That made me happy.
