My carpet is older but with the help of them it is kept in good shape and outlasts newer ones. Their cleaning solution is all natural without the use of harsh chemicals and is all collected back in a holding tank in their truck with no mess. Quick drying.

Every technician we have met has been very professional but friendly and courteous and careful with your equipment in our house. Friday was a very hot day, and the technician still acted happy to be dragging hoses and all. It's a great pleasure to have friendly people helping us!
