Zerorez did a great job. Their tech, Lincoln, was polite and professional. He cleaned all the carpet on three floors, steps and several upholstered chairs. Everything looked and felt clean. No sticky residue. No overpowering smell. I will certainly use them again.

My technician, Lincoln, was great! Very personable and informative, he did a wonderful job on my carpet. I also am appreciative of the minimal chemicals used as this is my preference.
