The technicians are on time, diligent, very pleasant, and thorough. The products clean very challenging stains from coffee and wine and tracked in dirt to serious pet stains to the difficult stain from defrosted meat because of a failed freezer. Our carpet is 33 years old and is cream colored. i'm very loyal to Zerorez.
My technician did a great job cleaning my 10 year old carpet. He worked extra hard on the areas that needed extra cleaning. He is knowledgeable of his product and how to use it. My carpet feels nice to my feet and I smile inside when my toes feel the soft clean carpet. Thanks Daniel!
