My carpets feel so soft after Zerorez!
Prompt, efficient, and very effective at getting carpets clean! We had some definite high traffic areas that were dingy and smashed down as well as some pet odors. After Zerorez, odors were gone and our carpet felt and looked like new. Would highly recommend!

The technician we had (Daniel B) was great! We had a big job and although the started after 5pm he was committed to staying and finishing the entire job and did not rush through it. He was very thorough and nice.

Technician Larry Johnson was a hard worker. He put extra muscle into the cleaning and got our stairs looking cleaner than they ever had. You could just tell that Larry Johnson was going to do a great job and he did! He was also very courteous. Came on time, cleaned our carpet and recliner, and finished up without a hitch or a complaint. I recommend Larry Johnson for a great cleaning experience!

I've now used Zerorez twice and have been very pleased with the outcome both times. Technicians have been professional, friendly, and efficient. I like that fact that no detergents are used. I was dubious about whether a couple of stains would come out, but both were removed and the carpets look great. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend it to others.
