Actually, I would have given you a 9 because, in my opinion, no one is perfect! Your guy came pretty close. Missed a couple of spots (areas) that could have used a little bit more attention or elbow grease but overall did 99.9% better than the company I used last year. The process you utilize does a much better job. I will call upon you again. Thanks.

The professional that did the cleaning was prompt, communicated well, and did a great job cleaning our carpets, couch, and area rug.
