He did an incredible job with our couch - it's a large one with fluffy cushions and we have two dogs and a baby so appreciate him taking the time to make it look so nice and refreshed!
It looks to be a good job as well as the gentleman that cleaned the carpet. Daniel was a very friendly type fella and worked very diligently. He was very accommodating and friendly, and as of right now, the job looks to be very satisfying.

The ZeroRez person was Scott. He arrived on time, set up quickly. Asked a few questions about the carpet. Confirmed the order and our instructions. Was very courteous, professional and efficient. He worked quickly and was careful with his equipment being brought indoors to do the cleaning. He finished quickly and had us examine the problem areas we wanted cleaned. Followed our personal instructions and requests.
We were pleased with the carpet cleaning results per Scott. He was pleasant at all times and did an excellent job for us.

Technician was very friendly, explained what he was doing and all the costs. Then went back thru and turned on my fans since I had dirty shoes on.
Actually, I would have given you a 9 because, in my opinion, no one is perfect! Your guy came pretty close. Missed a couple of spots (areas) that could have used a little bit more attention or elbow grease but overall did 99.9% better than the company I used last year. The process you utilize does a much better job. I will call upon you again. Thanks.
