Dr Shah is very smart, friendly and professional. The office staff are friendly and well organized.
All medical professionals, from the front desk area to the doctor, treat you with kindness and respect. They are efficient and always helpful and friendly. I have not usually had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time (this past visit I had to wait about 15 minutes but this is unusual). The nurses and Dr. Joseph make you feel relaxed and valued. Dr. Joseph takes the time to thoroughly evaluate any complaints and makes relevant recommendations without judgment. The office is clean and neat, with ample parking.
Dr Alvarado is attentive and patient. It’s always a pleasure to visit at her office and walk away feeling that she addressed any issues and makes me feel much better than when I first walked in.
